About Office Outfitters
Office Outfitters opened for business in the fall of 1991 in a small 800 sq. ft. warehouse in Venice Florida under the name of Office Liquidators. The original owner, Don Howe, wanted to sell high end quality pre-owned office furniture at a low affordable price.
In just a year, Office Liquidators needed to move to a larger location. In 1992 they moved to a 3100 Sq. Ft building again in Venice and in just 3 years they needed more room. So it was again time to move once more. This time it was bigger, 5000 sq. ft. and a much better location: Venice Ave, known as “The Venetian Gateway.” They knew this area would be their final location for their future home.
Property was purchased and in February of 2000 construction was completed on their new 7100 square-foot fully air-conditioned showroom.
In May of 2002 Don Howe retired sold the business and the building to his partner, Kevin McCloud. Kevin changed the name to Office Outfitters, Inc. and after 25 years in business his motto remains the same: “Selling Quality New and Pre-Owned Office Furniture At a Low Affordable Price.”
